For an inexpensive product, this gadget has repeatedly saved us from drilling pointless holes into metal studs in our walls. The magnet works and usually we just leave it stuck to a wall somewhere in the house. I have yet to have a problem or complaint using it. Pleasantly surprised in a good way for once.

This is one of the simplest and useful tools I've ever purchased. I used this to find all the screws on the Sheetrock walls I was demolishing. Was able to precisely identify and easily remove the screws and take down walls with minimal dust and mess.This tool is a must for any home owner

Really love this foolproof way to find studs in drywall. Glad I chose this instead of stud finder tools. They aren't always accurate as I've heard. If I lost it i'd buy another. Also was really excited that I got a green one! You don't get to choose your color.

A bit overpriced for what it is. It does work, but if you have plaster walls you have to be extremely light with it so that you can feel even the slightest tug and know where the nails are. Otherwise you will go right over them.

Love it!! Screw stud finders get you this magnet and it'll right away find studs by finding the nails/screws. Great great product for the peice

Used product to locate sheet rock nails so I could remove them and then remove walls one sheet at a time with minimal mess and limited clean up.

Expensive for a little magnet however, It is the best tool I have for finding drywall screws. It's essential when doing drywall patches.I bought the verity pack for $30 and it was just One magnet, don't do that.

I'm an A/V installer, so I'm usually hanging displays that are very heavy. So it's important to know if I have to use lag bolts or toggles. This helps me find the optimum position for the display mount. Stud finders are cool, but you get false positives with them.What I don't like. The chrome (?) covering is wearing and is showing bare iron, and the plastic is wearing away on the other side.

Forget those battery operated hand scanners and dinky pivoting magnets, this is the tool you need to find hidden nails in siding, paneling, etc, quickly and accurately. Well worth the price.

This little magnet has sped up my stud finding dramatically. You still have to be cautious as the drywall screw that it locates super quickly can be off center of the stud. Get one. You won't be disappointed.
