Somebody has to invent another method. There's nothing wrong with it except was gets caught up in slide.

Used it at church for the Advent season, we usually have our youth help with the lighting of the candles.Disappointed that it did come with a couple wickets, they are not sold locally and had to improvise due to time factor of ordering on line.

I am not sure that this should be listed as brass, but personally I like the finish and think it will be easier to care for than shiny brass. The lighter seems solid and the slide for the wick works smoothly. I am very satisfied with this product. For the price I think it is a very good value.
