If it would stay in place it would be great. It does catch the hair but it moves around with the water running.

I have hip length 3C curls and this definitely has saved a lot of hair from going down my drain. I agree with another user that you will catch more hair if you stack two together. Put the teeth sides together and then place on your drain. Works like a charm. Doesn’t move around or float around. When I am done I simple pull out the hair, rinse and hang them to dry in the shower. This will prevent any mold issue. The product doesn’t cause mold, leaving anything in water too long with out proper drying will cause mold. If this develops it is a user error not a product flaw. These are excellent.

I have tried many hair catchers and this is definitely the BEST one! Catches all the hairs and super easy to clean. The best part is that it's not too bulky so it allows the shower water to drain easily. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I got these because the woman I live with got one for the shower. But she NEVER cleaned it! And I got tired of cleaning HER hair! So I got peas and I take hers out and then I put my nice clean one in. And after every shower, I clean mine and store it. In the meanwhile, hers has gotten very fuzzy and slimy. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

Was hoping for an easy fix for catching hair and this does catch it but just plugs the drain so the shower floods.

My second time to buy this. Good to have it, caught a lot of hair. Better clean it every once in a while, or it may get darkened. So I just bought this to replace every couple of months.

Overall I love it. it catches the hair well. But I wish it had little suctions cups on it to stick to the drain cover. its very easy to slide off.
