I've both the square (inner) and hex (outer) parts of this socket when swapping wheels on my M35A2 deuce and a half. It works great!

For Budd dual wheels where the inner nut holds the inner tire and also acts as the stud/threads for the outer wheel and lugnut. This socket works for outer and inner using just the one socket. Sunex is always good value for the money,too.
