The case and sockets were a lot bigger than I expected (not a bad thing, you just don't get a good sense of scale from the product pictures). Heavy, too. They seem really well made and solid. I tried a few on my Milwaukee 2861 and they felt nice. However, when they arrived they were covered rather haphazardly in what seemed like home heating oil for a furnace (it was dyed red and smelled exactly like it). Not sure the use, as these sockets won't rust, so they don't need a rust inhibitor. I'm sure there's a reason, but it was messy and inconsistent between the sockets. I've attached pictures to address my points above. I've included a banana for scale.

Awesome bang for your buck. Just as good as any Snap On or Matco set but way more affordable. I am a GM Tech and have never broke or chipped any socket. The extensions are solid and the swivel is a great. The blown molded case is a good way to keep everything organized

You can use these impact sockets using an impact wrench OR breaker bar and it won't void the warranty if there is a problem! Sunex stands behind their products! This is my main 1/234; impact socket set!

not much can go wrong with heavy duty impact sockets and these fit that description. A full featured set with a somewhat cheaply made case but I immediately dumped it for a drawer with socket rails for holding everything, so I can't really fault them for saving a buck. Not many mechanics or users needing a fully stocked impact set will aim to keep these in their plastic case for long.

All my other tools are snap on or Mac, I just got tired of them rising the price so much every year. These sockets so far have shown just as much durability, you can't beat them for the price. And I use them to break old rusty frame bolts off of old trucks so they do take a beating daily. Only gripe is if you plan on carrying them in the case, the cases latches will break off fairly quick. But for the price you can't expect a blue point quality case either.

I am a student at an automotive technical school and this is the set we use. This set has been used since before my teacher started working at the school which was 10 years ago. We have never had one break or had a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you are looking for something to last a long time this is the set you are looking for

i purchased this same set from tooltopia its an awesome set works great and are of high quality if you are buying these off the tool trucks you are getting screwed because there tools are all foreign made too there are not many tools made in the USA ANYMORE!!! I wished websites like tool topia was arround when i was a professional mechanic!!!BUT YOU WON'T GO WRONG BUYING SUNEX A US COMPANY THAT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE HAVE OUT SOURCED JOBS TO CHINA,TAIWAN AND OTHER COUNTRYS!!!
