I have two crystal lamps that require these bulbs and these are the only bulbs I've purchased since I purchased my lamps. Sometime finding them can be difficult in stores so I buy in bulk and the bulbs themselves seem to last for a long time. This was the best value I could find with the best quality. I have come across a bulb or two out of the bunch that were duds but the purchase is still very much so worth it. BUY IT!

While moving to LEDs are usually the way to go, some chandelier sockets are quite shallow. Similar style LEDs have longer metal necks, resulting in exposed metal when screwed in presenting a shock hazzard in normal use. These bulbs are 'old school' design where the metal bulb base is short enough to prevent this.
