To all the people commenting about it not working with Quickbooks...As with ANY 1099 form, you have to align it.How to align it:- First a window will pop up that says Print 1099 and you hit ok.- Then another window will pop up where you can select the vendors. Click Print 1099- This screen is the final print window, and at the bottom it says AlignYou have to do a couple blank sample pages and hold them up to the light to see if it aligns to the form correctly. For me, I had to align it only 1 vertically. The 1096's require much more (something like 3 vertical, -3 horizontal).I've bought these forms from multiple vendors. They are all the same, and rarely change year after year.
