Story time: Last year, we purchased 1099 forms for Quickbooks and there forms didn't line up. It was a disaster. It ruined tax season for me. This year, the forms lined up!! Well, a big thanks to Quickbooks updating so you can align the forms but regardless, I printed all 1099s this year with ease. Thank you!!

To all the people commenting about it not working with Quickbooks...As with ANY 1099 form, you have to align it.How to align it:- First a window will pop up that says Print 1099 and you hit ok.- Then another window will pop up where you can select the vendors. Click Print 1099- This screen is the final print window, and at the bottom it says AlignYou have to do a couple blank sample pages and hold them up to the light to see if it aligns to the form correctly. For me, I had to align it only 1 vertically. The 1096's require much more (something like 3 vertical, -3 horizontal).I've bought these forms from multiple vendors. They are all the same, and rarely change year after year.

A lot of people are having issues with this on Desktop, but they DO WORK. You have to make sure that you get your Quickbooks updated to the newest version. My automatic updates weren't working, and I had to keep forcing the updates until it was fully updated. Then it worked!! “Critical Fixes” has to be updated. Good luck!

I'm a CPA. I don't do many 1099s in my practice, but I have one client that has me prepare them. I buy these forms because they are cheaper than purchasing them through QuickBooks. The quality seems exactly the same. Highly recommend.

This product is falsely advertised. The top part lines up OK. The bottom part does not. Adjustments in QB only move all up/down and all right/left. It is impossible to line up top and bottom. To correct one half makes other half out of alignment.
