Just taking these out of the pack and the first sheet is stained! I noticed the stain on the front of the package when I received but didn't think nothing of it. I just noticed the little tiny holes on the front, so whatever they wasted soaked through. Now I'm down 1 form.

I sent a poor review in error earlier today. I don't know how to take it back. I didn't see the envelopes in the shrink wrapped package and thought they were not sent. This was an error - everything was there as promised.

comes complete with mailing envelopes and form to send to government. Takes awhile to create your own template so that your printer can get everything in the right boxes. The spacing on the forms is not linear either so the top box is different than the bottom and middle one as to the location of the boxes when you set up a printer. I had to covert my document to half spacing to get the bottom two boxes to fill correctly. Typical government form. .

Worked fine with my previous tax forms software, I just had to use a different 1099 template to make everything populate correctly.
