Not as pictured. The picture is of a plush hat i’ve seen in stores... what we received was a regular red cap with eyes half sewn on. Still use able and for a kid was perfectly fine but I was disappointed it was not what was pictured

The hat is awesome but it was bigger than I expected. I figured it would be for a child's head but it's more of an adult size hat. overall great hat
