Just traveled 650 miles round trip with 2 racks on my Tahoe to Ocean City, MD. One had a 2020 Trek Marlin 5 and the other a 2011 Trek X-Caliber. Mounted on crossbars easily, but I did follow the advice of another reviewer about putting a piece of rubber between brackets and crossbars to prevent any type of damage. Bikes mounted easily and were secure. Traveled at speeds around 70 MPH and through 2 heavy rainstorms with no issues. So far, so good and would recommend it.

This didn't work for me at all. I found it difficult to assemble and once I did I had to put it on my roof rack and then getting the bike on there was a problem. YMMV; and some people really liked this but it didn't work for me. Spend a little more and get a solid product.

I have two very nice bikes and was worried about spending so little on these mounts, but these are fantastic. I've had them now (I bought 2) for over a year. They have held up great and I never worry about my bikes coming off even when on the highway.

This Is a good sturdy roof bike carrier, at a really affordable price, but it is not that easy to assemble as it claims to be... you deffinitly will need a couple of wrenches to assemble, tight and secure all the screws needed for this purpose, but once you figure it out, installing it on the roof cross barrs becomes a really easy task! RecommendedEste es un buen portabicicletas de techo resistente, a un precio realmente asequible, pero no es tan fcil de ensamblar como dice ser ... definitivamente necesitar un par de llaves para ensamblar, apretar y asegurar todos los tornillos necesarios para este propsito, pero una vez que lo descubras, instalarlo en las barras transversales del techo se convierte en una tarea realmente fcil (ver fotos adjuntas), lo recomiendo!!!

I haven't rechecked the listing, but the product does not come with the wrenches required to assemble the frame.Assuming you have them and can get it installed, it works great. Very rigid and doesn't feel any different at low or high speeds in terms of turning or handling. I ended up removing the center bolt from the mount bracket so it wouldn't dig into the roof rail, but otherwise a very good product.I do wish it had a way to lock the bike to the frame, but especially for the price I really can't complain.

They work well, just make sure you don't loose the strap every time you take off the bikes and also make sure the bike handles don't have the same height otherwise they don't fit next to each other.Overall I like swagman!

My husband and I just tested this bike rack out on a 2,700-mile cross country road trip and can verify that this is a great buy. The only thing I might add is that we don't trust the straps much and switched them out for bungee cords. But the rack works great.

I purchased two of these. They went together quickly and mounted right up to my load bars. The locking mechanism works fine. My wife and I will keep the racks on the car for the summer fall and we will see how well they stand up to the elements.
