This is the wife posting- It's never easy to find this type of paprika locally, always hit and miss (mostly miss!)- I stocked up on it because my husband is Hungarian, and he LOVES goulash and chicken paprikash- I read in a recipe once that you can never use too much of the paprika in these dishes, and after making them for a lot of years I totally agree! It calls for 3 tbsp for the paprikash, I used three times that much and it was amazing, lol.
