Great rub for beer can chicken. I marinate whole chicken in the morning and grill for dinner. I use fresh lemon and light Olive Oil in the paste. Always tastes great!

Great mixture of spices, and when mixed with oil and lemon juice per the directions, adds a nice overall flavor to the marinated bird. We received a can as a gift, ordered these as replacements for the one we've already used up.
