You may think it's weird, but when I'm out hiking in the woods with my dogs I use this great little signal horn to call them if they can't hear me yell "Come!" I live in a forest that also has coyotes and rattlers so it's really urgent for my dogs to come fast.When I honk this loud horn, the dogs turn on a dime and return as fast as their legs can carry them. It's a huge help!

I have some rather talkative students this year and rather than wasting my breath, I just blow this horn. It works :)
