loud and clear. wonderful for many uses including signals on boats. Very good for scaring squirrels and sometimes neighbors.

We live in coyote country and this air horn is perfect on two important counts: (1) dog comes whenever he hears it and (2) coyote runs away whenever he hears it.A great investment!

I keep this right next to me on my inflatable in case someone comes ripping along..After three seasons on salt water it works very well..its rusty, but works very well.

It was suggested to me that I get an airhorn as a self defense item. Who would have thought. Evidently it is a great way to scare away the bad guys and let me tell you, I tested this thing and it is so darn loud it has got to work or at least get everyone in the neighborhood interested in what is going on.I bought two and gave one to my mom. I think this is a great idea.

Needed these for a large youth camp to signal meal time and alert the group as to any emergencies; excellent volume for that purpose. Could be heard over a mile away in our area which was a camp/light forest setting. I would definitely recommend these as a signaling device. Especially on open waters, I believe the sound would carry very well on a still day or night.

I use this product to let Boom Cars know their sonic assault is not appreciated. This air horn does get their attention.

I bought this to prank my friend while he was in a shower room and... and i never thought they would be so loud especially in a small space like bathroom - my ears were ringing for 15-20 minutes but it was a lot of fun.now i am actually keeping it for emergency situations in my back pack.

This product came in an open package and was missing the Airhorn portion.I ordered this as a complete package and it came incomplete.The product also looked used and looked pretty old. Very disappointed in this.

I purchased this air horn to use in my classroom for my very social seventh graders. It's great! It's loud, easy to use, and really quiets them very quickly. A couple of short bursts really does the trick. I've saved my voice and they don't like it!

Other reviews about dogs said that this stuff would quiet them. This stuff actually agitates them and causes them to bark louder. I am going to get rid of it.

WE BOUGHT THIS AIR HORN TO SCARE AWAY A BEAR JUST IN CASE IT GETS TOO CLOSE TO OUR CAMP SITE,SO FAR SO GOOD,ITS VERY LOUD AND WORKS WELL.

I purchased this air horn to take to the 2007 Formula One USGP and found it to be very loud as well as long-lasting. After 3 days of periodic use it is still about 30% full.In a less noisy environment a sporting-type horn may be more appropriate as this is basically a boat horn and is VERY loud.

We used the air horns to wake up our campers in the morning. It did the trick. The items were not complicated to use. However, I would recommend the use of gloves because the substance is extremely cold. I also recommend dismantling them (taking off the horns) when storing the cannisters or else they will go off when compressed (involuntarily). Great product!
