Use this at work for traffic reconstruction. There are better calculators out there where you can chain the entire equation, but this works fine.

I like that when this calculator reduces fractions it puts them in the same form that they were inputted. For example, if you put in 21/6 and hit enter, it puts 7/2, not 3 1/2 like some calculators do. You can then use another button if you need the mixed number instead of the improper fraction.

I have used multiple approved calculator during my time taking SOA exams and this is by favorite. The key differences are the additional rows on the screen and easy conversions between fractions and decimals. Both of which saves key time when taking an exam compared to the other calculator models.

I have used Casio for years, but I had to buy Ti to take a GED high school equivalency test.I was pleasantly surprised to find it very easy to play with, and the display allows a student or a teacher to be very certain of his/her keystrokes.It is Solar, but has a battery backup, if you imagine you need that I like it, and will continue to use it.
