Results: Opened Ron's Place in 2016 and the Caldwell House in 2012 to provide care for medically fragile people with disabilities. Expanded vocational opportunities for people with disabilities with new locations for West Mont Flower & Trading Company in 2013 and West Mont Supported Employment Services in 2016.

Programs: empowering people with disabilities by creating opportunities to help them grow and become independent. We offer meaningful and fulfilling work that gives them a sense of accomplishment. We operate 12-safe and comfortable homes for people like Vikki who has lived with us for 26-years and works at West Mont Flower & Trading Company one of West Mont's 4-vocational centers. Like many others, we have helped her achieve what everyone wants - a good job, and a place to call home.
