I got the Large and it is a perfect fit and gives good protection. The blood red color is also very nice will be looking to get the matching gloves. I have used this headgear for 1 sparring session so far and the fit and comfort are perfect and you still have good visibility while wearing it. I'm 6'2 275 and the large was perfect.

Both gloves and head gear look amazing, after 1 day of sparring I wish the head gear had a little more coverage, but overall very comfortable.The gloves are AMAZING so much support and SUPER comfortable.
