Directions are a nightmare, but if you assembled Ikea furniture then you know what to expect. Just without the thumbs up character on the side to motivate you. Take your time on the speed bag part and install that part before the other 3 bag holders. They don't have any written directions just arrows and screw numbers, just take your time and stay organized. Overall build took four hours total, so far, its everything you could want for a boxing setup. The heavy bag area is wide enough to practice transition to either side and landing body and head shots. So, for the experienced boxer this will work when trying to work on angles. You will need a socket wrench and a clamp to hold the opposite side to tighten the bolts. But for the price it is pretty dang sweet, get four 50lb sandbags to hold it to the floor add two sandbags to the top of the speed bag part to stop the vibration. Purchase stall mats for gym flooring, don't spend extra on mats that are labeled gym flooring. Will have full epic setup once complete, hope this review helps!
