Honestly, it's pretty great when doing a quick workout! It's super durable and depending on your partners punching power, pretty comfy and easier to put on or take off.

Been using this thing for almost a year and no complaints. Yes you still feel some impact from punches, but it does a great job of holding up. The straps are well made, the quality is A1. I'm 5'10 155 lbs, with a small waist, so I have to tighten pretty hard, but I still love it. Great for letting people work punches on the inside on a moving target.

I am 5ft 7in and around 160 lbs this a great shield for training people but for smaller guys it is a bit loose
