Unfortunately, the first western tie I received had 2 fabric flaws on the front side of one of the bows. However, after verifying the flaws via emailed photo, I was sent another tie with no imperfections. I am very please with my replacement tie and the expeditious customer service I received.

I have yet to wear it (since it just arrived), but it looks nice. It clips similarly to a pre-tied bowtie, and the fabric doesn't look cheap or tacky. Thanks.
