A bit small for a 9 year old, perfect for the 6 year old. The apron will not fit the 9 year old, the hat is a little tight. The six year old has two now.

We ordered a size LARGE for my 4-year old and it's great for him. It's long on him now but still wears it. He'll grow into it and get years out of it. He likes to wear the hat too.The fabric is heavy duty - similar to the canvas tote bags are made from.

Love this. We got this for my daughter painters party so she would have something different. But she wears it almost every weekend in the kitchen. She thinks shes a Jr. Chef..... Nice and strong material. Made well.

Bought 2 for twins, all is fantastic with these except....string isn't long enough to tie well in the back, need more string, and adjustable neck string is needed, apron hangs a little low on chest. Great material to protect clothes, washes well, bright orange and black colors have not faded and the cap serves it purpose well to keep hair away from food. Pocket is useful to carry a towel etc.

The aprons are so pretty. I'm teaching my granddaughter (age 3) to cook. Great way for us to bond. They arrived within a couple days just like the site advertised.

The aprons and hat are so cute! Very durable. My kids are tall so I ordered a size up and that was perfect! (7 yr old - got the 8-10 size & 5 year old - got the 6-8 size)
