I was a little nervous about this order, because I had never used this company before - and even though I asked for a proof first - they never sent it. They just embroidered the hat and then just mailed it....but I am very happy with how the hat turned out!

OpenTip is an easy app to work with and I had fun watching my project come to life during the design process. The shipping was a little slow so I would advise anyone ordering to be patient!!
Overall I think the process was good and I will use it again in the future,

Awesome product! Very nicely embroidered and accurate. Runs a little small so might not be big enough for a big man but I noticed that the product loosened up and 'broke in' as I (average woman) wore it. Took a while to get here but it IS a personalized, embroidered product so that makes sense.
