This is a gift for friend. I purchased the insert as well. The image turned out great and I like the quality. It's a insert with a flap, no zipper. It came within 1 week.

So part of this is my doing I purchased this as a wedding gift, and I looked for a heart shaped pillow and was excited to find one I could costume and get delivered before the wedding. When I got it it turned out to be a pillow case and not a pillow. The description says fits a 16x16 heart shaped pillow and all I could find was a 16x13. Im glad I got that because that was a struggle putting into the pillow case without almost ripping it hence the 2 star rating. The quality is good though but very very tight and wouldnt fit a 16x16 heart pillow.

The Lucie is not printed on the pillow, it's printed on the pillow case which makes it easier to wash. It's very vibrant. It looks exactly like the picture I sent to them. Good value for my money
