Upon arrival, two of the tips of the parasol were unattached from their ribs. It worries me that they may easily come detached again. The handle is a cheap feeling foam. It looks lovely, but it's definitely cheap. You get what you pay for.

Just as described, however I am put off by the packaging. The boxes came bubble wrapped from the outside? One box was opened since the bubble wrap wasn't sufficient. They weren't damaged, thank goodness. It also comes with a heavy smell...I suppose chemicals off-gassing from the treated wood (can't be healthy)

It was smaller than I though and it also had purple on the top so it was not exactly how the pictured show. I had to remove the purple fabric because it did not work with our color theme.

Nice item except the color is deceiving online. It is a navy blue and not a colbat blue

Beautiful, but The colors are MUCH more faded than the pictures!!! :( :( :( I ordered the pink and the the color is sooooo light that it almost looks white, not the pink you see in the picture AT ALL!!! Better contact the company before you order the color you want!!! . . . .As far as the quality, it is made VERY well, and looks and feels like with care, it will last a long time! :)

It is nice but there is so menu decorative holes that it does not block enough of the sun.

The parasol is beautiful. But it's hard to open and hurts my fingers every time I used it. The color is nice, but I sepected better quality.
