This hipkini bottom is sporty and cute, and the quality is just as good as I expected. My problem is with the draw string. I just don't know what to do with it. It's too big to tuck in, since that makes it uncomfortable and unsightly. But I don't care for the look if it's sticking out. I think it would just be a better product without the drawstring entirely.

Hard for a tall woman to find nice-looking, practical, comfortable swim bottoms for lap swimming. These work and hold up well to a lot of time in the pool. Still not quite tall enough, though; had to go up a size. Just wish TYR had tall sizes.

These bottoms are made for moving in. They describe the cut as hipkini and that is pretty accurate. They are secured by a tie inside the waistband. I ran around in them and had zero fear of unwanted slippage or of any wardrobe malfunctions.I like that there are no ties on the sides, they are perfect for slipping a pair of shorts over without the bulk of the two bows on your hips you often find in other suits.The size is pretty accurate. I am 5'8. They might be said to run a touch large, as sometimes I will wear a medium in swim, but I am a small in most things, so I felt that this is true to size. The drawstring allows you to pull it tight and makes sizing a little adjustable.If you are looking for a suit you can move, swim, and sun in, this one might be for you!

We have a boat and entertain frequently. This bottom is Comfy for all day wear and doesn't move around and cause accidental exposure. I can even dive off the rail into the lake without incident
