I used these several times a week in my aqua fit class. They are so much more comfortable to hold than the hard plastic ones provided by the gym. The only negative is that they hold water and then leak in my gym bag on the way home.

Lightweight and small out of the water but does give adequate resistance when used in the water.

They work well, definitely worth the price. The only criticism would be that the handles fill up with water and they take a while to drain

For us seniors these are better than the ones the health club has. Also, they can be packed in a suitcase.
