Seems accurate. Update of display slower than I anticipated for a wired remote senor. Update is about 3 times per minute. I can understand that for a wireless which takes battery power to transmit the info but why so slow for a wired unit?

We bought this to let us know the temp of our in ground pool and it works GREAT!!!WE'VE HAVE IT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND HABER NOT HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THE BATTERY.WE HAVE IT LOCATED UNDER OUR PATIO AWAY FROM ANY DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND AWAY FROM AND DIRECT RAIN WHEN IT RAINS.I POSTED A PIC TO SHOW WHERE IT IS IN REGARDS TO OUR POOL

This was a gift for my 88 year old Mom and she loves it! The numbers are plenty large and once my brother-in-law got it set up for her, it's so easy for her to use.

Not very exciting, but it works. Although interesting to note with the outdoor sensor located Alongside the main unit, the temperature and humidity read different!

It works perfectly. Large display which I can read from more than 2 metres away. I like most, the capability of the outdoor sensor to function as an independent thermometer!

Pleased with the item except the display was too dim in my great room to see without turning on the backlight. I returned it but it worked fine.

Seems accurate, looks nice, provides lots of information. Screen lighting is great for dark locations but to save battery power it turns off quickly. It comes with one outdoor sensor but you can add two more if you want to monitor the temperature in three places plus indoors. For example, you could have one in the basement, one in the garage, and one in the attic. This is a really neat feature that is not really promoted in the description.
