This replaced a dehumidifier that worked but was very noisy. The only noise from this is the air rushing out the machine. I live in FL where the humidity is 95 the entire summer. This machine keeps our entire house (3200sf) at 50 humidity without a problem.

We have had no problems with this dehumidifier. My only complaint is when pulling out the bucket to empty, the bucket tends to lean backwards and water spills over the top edge.

I have only limited use of the dehumidifier to date. It is quiet, easy to move wherever needed, works quickly to reduce humidity and does not blow out hot exhaust air. Fantastic improvement from our old dehumidifier.

This dehumidifier has been working very well in our basement. It's very quiet. I have no idea how long it will last though. I haven't had a dehumidifier that lasts more than 3 years in a long time. I'm hoping I get at least 3 years out of this one.

Arrived well packaged and undamaged. Easy to set-up. Buttons uncomplicated.Fan is powerful, especially on high setting. Fan noise is not too loud, and expected fan level.Compressor is very quiet and can not be easily heard when it kicks on. A great feature from the last dehumidifier I owned.I have it on pump mode to discharge water. Pump can not be heard. Runs perfectly.Unit is an 800 cu.ft. basement and has no problem maintaining the 55 humidity level i set.Very happy with this unit. Would recommend.

This dehumidifier is great. I have a fairly large basement that was starting to smell musty.Bought a hose, ran it to the sump pump and in less than a week the musty smell is gone.I would recommend this dehumidifier!

Easy to use. Does it's job quickly, according to my hygrometer. Easy to move on hard floors but really awful to move across carpet. Kind of heavy, but that's probably inevitable for a machine like this. Easy to empty the water but a little finicky to get bucket back in place straight (not a huge deal). Not obtrusively loud, but they are all going to make some noise. I am using it to get humidity down while not having to have central AC (yeah, old system that needs replacing one of these years) cranked up too cool for my comfort. It seems to work well for that purpose, because the humidity needs to be controlled. I am usually using it in hallway outside bathroom between two bedrooms and it definitely seems like it covers that space and more into living room with ease in a fairly humid summer climate. Arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. Easy set up.

A little bit louder than I was expecting, but works very efficiently to keep the humidity down. The addition of the pump and tubing to run to the sump pump is a total game changer as well. Overall, worth the investment.

Really happy with this little find. Even beat Costco on pricing. Went to buy a dehumidifier from Costco and almost double the price - to be fair different brand but still ... decided to give this one a try and couldn't be happier. Does what it says and is holding up well. Delivery went well- item arrived safely and quick. Will be using Homelabs going forward.
