Great dehumidifier for my large basement. Very quiet and a good size.

We were due for a new dehumidifier in the basement, and this one is great! Much quieter than the old one that gave out. I am glad I went for the larger size...it really is worth the money to better cover more square footage!

Replaced a Frigidaire unit that ran for 6 years. This one is a bit quieter. I opted for the unit with a pump, and ran the line to my sump pump well in the basement. Seems to be working well.

The only problem I had with the unit is the noise, but I put it in the hallway that goes past all of the bedroom and the laundry room. That space helped with the noise and made everyone more comfortable.

June 22, 2022. 1:50PMMan! I loved this Dehumidifier! Quiet and sucks water in the air! I read the manual and it was easy to understand. I purchased the 22 capacity, by the way it has No Hose that comes with it so I need to buy separate a 5ft garden hose which is not a problem. But the other higher capacity or 3000 up has the hose just FYI.So now, I turned it on set to (comfort) level. Then after less than 20 minutes I saw water in the bucket already. And there was a big difference of the smell. It smelled more cleaning. I will let it run for Auto until it fills up the bucket which it will stop says in the manual.The Noise level it's like white noise from baby gadgets. Which will add up the sleeping comfort.The product weight it's medium to heavy but it has wheels.I hope this product will last 5 years or more! And yeah, it comes 1 year warranty when I spoke to the Tech support because of the hose issue.Will Updated after 1 week if I remember! LolThank you Home and Team!Updated: 6/22/22.1 hour after. Great humidifier! Wow arrived FAST!

I really appreciate the comfort feature that allows the machine to only kick on when the humidity crosses a certain threshold.

I got this dehumidifier delivered last week for my basement's laundry room. I waited the 24 hours before plugging it in as instructed. It seemed to run continuously for 4 days but it was pretty damp there. Now it just runs as it is needed. Happy with it so far!

Very quiet and efficient

This product works great! Make sure to let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging it in or turning it on the first time. It is very humid (70-80) where I live. This machine pulls buckets full of water out of my air every day! You can move it from room to room, so you only need one per level of your house. Be careful not to tip it when moving it. If you accidentally tip it, let it stand upright for 24 hours before running it again. Since using this dehumidifier, I don't need my whole-house air conditioner nearly as much! My home feels so very much more comfortable with this dehumidifier! I think it even makes the house smell cleaner! You can hear it running, but I like the white noise that it makes. I set mine sideways. It sucks air in from the back and blows it out on the side. It really moves the air in the room. If you're going to entertain you can just roll it to an out-of-the-way place while you have guests in your home. I am beyond satisfied with this product. I am really happy with it.

Didn't last 9 months. Can't help but to feel ripped off. Money wasted.

Removing moisture from high humidity

My only complaint is that I should have gotten it with a larger tank. I have it in my basement and I didn't expect it was so wet down there! I'm very glad I got it.

Unit arrived broken; no parts available from manufacturer. Unit replaced by manufacturer.

we find the item delivered to our porch in a broken package ( see photo 2) . And scratches and dents were found on the item. It seems functioning, but truly a disappointment to pay a full price for a defected item.

Dehumidifier was for basement with high humidity levels. Quickly brought down humidity levels.
