Runs fairly quietly but has started leaking underneath after just one week of use. Also, the product hasn't even come close to the desired humidity level

I pulled up the mailing label and and was surprised to see: postage due. I never had to pay postage of any kind on an item I returned. Not good customer service from this vendor. This is a 30.5lb box so postage will be high!Going forward I will make sure that there is no 2nd or 3rd party vendor involved.I am sure this unit works fine it looks nice.Barbara Weiger

Easy to operate, quiet and all at a great price point. After reading reviews I believe the key is reading the instructions before use. The handle on the collection reservoir is genius compared to our previous machines.

I've had dehumidifiers before but this one beats them all. Florida is hot and very humid but inside my condo it is dry and at the same temperature set, it is almost too cold at times. I empty out the bottom about three times a day. And each time it is full. There is some noise but who cares? The result is a wonderful dry inside. The towels were damp even before they were used and now nothing is damp. It was wonderfully packed and I followed the directions. I would advise everyone to purchase this machine.

I have used several dehumidifiers for some time, even commercial ones, and I am not saying that they are inefficient, but I have not seen one like this one, it is incredibly efficient, I just hope it has a long useful life.

We were due for a new dehumidifier in the basement, and this one is great! Much quieter than the old one that gave out. I am glad I went for the larger size...it really is worth the money to better cover more square footage!

Great dehumidifier for my large basement. Very quiet and a good size.

Replaced a Frigidaire unit that ran for 6 years. This one is a bit quieter. I opted for the unit with a pump, and ran the line to my sump pump well in the basement. Seems to be working well.

The only problem I had with the unit is the noise, but I put it in the hallway that goes past all of the bedroom and the laundry room. That space helped with the noise and made everyone more comfortable.

June 22, 2022. 1:50PMMan! I loved this Dehumidifier! Quiet and sucks water in the air! I read the manual and it was easy to understand. I purchased the 22 capacity, by the way it has No Hose that comes with it so I need to buy separate a 5ft garden hose which is not a problem. But the other higher capacity or 3000 up has the hose just FYI.So now, I turned it on set to (comfort) level. Then after less than 20 minutes I saw water in the bucket already. And there was a big difference of the smell. It smelled more cleaning. I will let it run for Auto until it fills up the bucket which it will stop says in the manual.The Noise level it's like white noise from baby gadgets. Which will add up the sleeping comfort.The product weight it's medium to heavy but it has wheels.I hope this product will last 5 years or more! And yeah, it comes 1 year warranty when I spoke to the Tech support because of the hose issue.Will Updated after 1 week if I remember! LolThank you Home and Team!Updated: 6/22/22.1 hour after.
