I really appreciate the comfort feature that allows the machine to only kick on when the humidity crosses a certain threshold.

I got this dehumidifier delivered last week for my basement's laundry room. I waited the 24 hours before plugging it in as instructed. It seemed to run continuously for 4 days but it was pretty damp there. Now it just runs as it is needed. Happy with it so far!

Very quiet and efficient

This product works great! Make sure to let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging it in or turning it on the first time. It is very humid (70-80) where I live. This machine pulls buckets full of water out of my air every day! You can move it from room to room, so you only need one per level of your house. Be careful not to tip it when moving it. If you accidentally tip it, let it stand upright for 24 hours before running it again. Since using this dehumidifier, I don't need my whole-house air conditioner nearly as much! My home feels so very much more comfortable with this dehumidifier! I think it even makes the house smell cleaner! You can hear it running, but I like the white noise that it makes. I set mine sideways. It sucks air in from the back and blows it out on the side. It really moves the air in the room. If you're going to entertain you can just roll it to an out-of-the-way place while you have guests in your home. I am beyond satisfied with this product. I am really happy with it.

Didn't last 9 months. Can't help but to feel ripped off. Money wasted.

Removing moisture from high humidity

My only complaint is that I should have gotten it with a larger tank. I have it in my basement and I didn't expect it was so wet down there! I'm very glad I got it.

we find the item delivered to our porch in a broken package ( see photo 2) . And scratches and dents were found on the item. It seems functioning, but truly a disappointment to pay a full price for a defected item.

Unit arrived broken; no parts available from manufacturer. Unit replaced by manufacturer.

Bought this after buying and returning a dehumidifier from another manufacturer that didn't do anything.This one delivers. On really humid days I have to empty it once a day as it fills up completely. Works great.

Humidistat stopped working after 2 1/2 years. Still dehumidifies fine when set to Continuous.

I have now had it for a month, operating every day in my garage ( in a very humid location). It has worked well. Two times the pump failure code came up. But after unplugging and restarting if operated without issues.

Dehumidifier was for basement with high humidity levels. Quickly brought down humidity levels.

Not complicated, just plug in and set humidity.Working very well. Easy to move.

My basement was flooded but was always damp anyway. This dehumidifier is still sucking a full bucket of water out of there daily.

I put one of these in a 1500 sq ft machine shop, and it's pulling more than 2 gallons of water a day out of the air. That's great for my milling machines, and also cuts down on the need for air conditioning for me since the air is drier.So far, I'm very impressed with it's performance.

I've only had this a couple days but I'm very satisfied so far. My basement is fairly large and it dropped the humidity from 62 to 50 in 24-36 hrs. As far as the noise level, it hasn't been a problem, but it's in the basement so that may be part of it. I would definitely purchase again.
