Many dehumidifiers are very difficult to empty. This one is much easier. We had one before that was just $20 less and it didn't work nearly as well. This model pulls a full tank of water out of my studio daily. We have an enormous humidity problem. The cement foundation wicks water from the ground. The humidity is generally about 89 in there. I can run this machine for just four hours or less and it gets the humidity down to around 60 or less. We're very pleased with this purchase. Also, the casters are nice, easy to move around from room to room. It's also a bit smaller than the last one we had.

Only had this less than a week so far. Do not like the SIDE vent as the air blows things around that are on the basement floor (papers, cat toys,etc)

Our downstairs got flooded last month due to the floods here in CA. This machine pulled so many gallons of water out of the air. It was crazy!!! Best investment ever. We have it in our motorhome right now and it's doing the same thing. We love this product.

You will not regret buying it if you have a small bathroom that gets fogged up. Just run it after you shower for 1-2 hours.

Had a small issue with the unit, but their customer service quickly replaced the unit. If not for the problem I would have given a 5 star.

This is the quietest dehumidifier I have ever owned. It also comes with a sellers 2 year warranty. I particularly like the red float bar which makes it east to see how full the tank is.

I got the 50 pint unit.Positives:- The unit looks good.- It extracted a lot of moisture pretty quickly. I cannot comment on the energy efficiency, but it was pretty efficient on the time axis.- The controls are easy and intuitive -- there is really nothing to do other than plug it in, and hit the power button.- The bucket is pretty easy to remove.- The unit is pretty quiet.- Automatic shutoff when the bucket get full is very convenient.- Humidity level display is helpfulWhat I do not like:- Wish it had a carry handle. I live in a 2 story house. The unit is somewhat heavy at 40 lbs, and taking it up or down the stairs is not easy.

I have been wanting to have a dehumidifier since my move to Corpus Christi where the humidity is always high. I have arthritis and this appliance works beautifully in my bedroom bringing the humidity down to the 30 percent range. So I am ordering another for the family room/kitchen. I run it night and day; it is quiet and so far is removing so much H2O from the air that I empty it twice a day. I sure the the water from the air to water the houseplants.

We bought two- one for upstairs one for downstairs- and it works amazingly. We live down south and have high humidity. In the summer we are having to empty this thing every other hour. We love it!

I purchased this model after reading a positive review in Consumer Reports. It has eliminated a mildew problem in my garage storage space. It's 20 pint water bucket typically takes 1-2 days to fill and can be continuously drained by hose connection if preferred. Controls allow timed on/off, continuous until full, or hygrometer based function. The LED readout displays relative humidity. It takes the space from 60 down to 33 within hours of use. Highly recommended.

Wow, I bought a smaller dehumidifier and it just wasn't removing much water from the air so I got this one. A little bit loud but it removes water like you would not believe.

This is a great dehumidifier. We use it in our main bathroom, and it definitely seems like we have less mold issues in our shower since using this. It is a pretty decent size, so it takes up some space, but it works much better than smaller units. It's also very easy to dump the tank after it's full. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

Put to work September 2020, coils started freezing up then compressor stopped around January 2023. Used for sprayed open foam cell closed in florida attic. Temps around 80-90 humidity levels peak around 68-74. I put this on a timer to come on during the most humid parts of day around 1pm-7pm. Added some flex duck to exhaust area to help with short cycling. Unit had no problem keeping humidity levels around 50 in large attic (I use have 2 humidifiers spaced out). I connected hose for drain to existing ac pump. I've used many brands in this size and they all last me about this long no matter the cost.
