I needed this for my basement. Easy to install and start. Working well!! I installed the garden hose and it's draining. Probably the same noise level as the one I replaced it with. Happy so far!

Good dehumidifier but it is so loud I can hear it running in the basement through the floor in the living room.

We have had no problems with this dehumidifier. My only complaint is when pulling out the bucket to empty, the bucket tends to lean backwards and water spills over the top edge.

This dehumidifier has been working very well in our basement. It's very quiet. I have no idea how long it will last though. I haven't had a dehumidifier that lasts more than 3 years in a long time. I'm hoping I get at least 3 years out of this one.

Easy to use. Does it's job quickly, according to my hygrometer. Easy to move on hard floors but really awful to move across carpet. Kind of heavy, but that's probably inevitable for a machine like this. Easy to empty the water but a little finicky to get bucket back in place straight (not a huge deal). Not obtrusively loud, but they are all going to make some noise. I am using it to get humidity down while not having to have central AC (yeah, old system that needs replacing one of these years) cranked up too cool for my comfort. It seems to work well for that purpose, because the humidity needs to be controlled. I am usually using it in hallway outside bathroom between two bedrooms and it definitely seems like it covers that space and more into living room with ease in a fairly humid summer climate. Arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. Easy set up.

A little bit louder than I was expecting, but works very efficiently to keep the humidity down. The addition of the pump and tubing to run to the sump pump is a total game changer as well. Overall, worth the investment.

The unit does pull out the moisture in the air as expected. My biggest problem with the unit is it is as loud as my air conditioner unit. Sometimes I'm not sure which is running!

Overall, I am satisfied with this product. It does a good job dehumidifying my soggy house (I live in Louisiana which can be very, very humid in the summer). It is easy to use and easy to empty (I don't use a hose; I carry the container to the sink). It has a nice handle to carry the container and a clear indicator for when it's time to empty it! The only thing that freaked me out a little was my conversation with customer service about not locating it near an open flame. I have a gas stove and a gas furnace. The largest space in my house is an open living room/kitchen/dining area which is where I originally intended to position it. I've put it in the hall instead and that seems to work just fine.

Worked great for the first year. Now it leaks water on the floor instead of in the bucket. We have cleaned it and it still leaks on the floor. We do not have access to be able to attach a drain hose so we have placed it in the shower in our hallway bathrooms when shower is not in use.

Product is very easy to handle. The bucket is easy to pull and carry if you have to carry it. Full weight of the bucket with with a full tank of water is just under 16 pounds.
