This humidifier works very well. It is extremely quiet and energy-efficient. The only problem is that it's a little difficult to empty it when it's full. Other than that it's just fine.

Pretty quiet keeps our basement nice and dry. The pump works great so not having to empty it keeps my basement mildew and odor free. It pumps a good distance up the stairs and out the bulkhead.

Replacing a two year old GE that lost it's refrigerant! I thought GE worked well initially. . Home labs has high marks so I'm going to find out Good so far.was

After reading many reviews, I purchased this as a replacement for one of another brand that no longer worked. It arrived quickly, was easy to program, and has been running smoothly in a finished basement without any issues. It is noticeably quieter than the previous unit which is a nice bonus.

I am so happy with this product. I belong to Consumer Reports and it was recommended by them. It is unbelievable how much moisture was in the air in our basement. It is very attractive, too, and doesn't look tacky in the area where we placed it. It is not noisy and puts out, surprisingly, very little heat while running.

One of THE best purchases I've ever made. I bought this unit for our basement and oh, what a difference! Plugged it into an outlet in the laundry room, turned the power button on, and this little workhorse took the humidity level (and dampness) from 70 to 46! I guess that's why I need to dump the water in the tank twice each day, but man, it's worth setting a 12-hour reminder! Easy to set up. Easy to empty the tank. I just can't get over how well this small unit takes care of our entire basement. Definitely recommend.

We own rental properties nthis is the 3rd home brand dehumidifier we have purchased. They work well. They are quiet and they remove tons of moisture from the space.

Perfect unit for our basement (live in the midwest).Very quiet even when in the Turbo mode. The continuous run option is very helpful, so I don't have to remember to empty the unit each day.

I have a 2000 square-foot unfinished basement. I live just north of Atlanta, so humidity has always been an issue. I've been in my house since 2001. We have gone through three different dehumidifiers over the years None have worked until I purchased this one! It's now the middle of June, and I just checked the humidity downstairs and it is at 40-44. I have three different monitors spread throughout the basement. I have never wanted to put anything nice down there because of the humidity issue. I have it set up to drain automatically. I do have a separate HVAC system downstairs. It did not help the humidity problem at all. This unit is what is fixed my issue. I will probably buy another one for upstairs, which has a separate HVAC.
