After 3 years of satisfactory service the dehumidifier repeatedly tripped the circuit breaker in the electrical line that it was connected to. When the dehumidifier was unplugged from the line the breaker stopped tripping. I'm placing it out of service due to safety concerns. Three years of service is pretty bad. I have another dehumidifier that has been in use for over 30 years. Quality products seem to be a thing of the past.

Bought this for use in basement where temp seems within spec for dehumdifier. However, unit has begun to frost up badly. Company sent a replacement with no fuss ...but... new unit has the very same frost problem. Next move is to bit the bullet and pay for a professional quality unit.

It runs great and does what it is supposed to do and being in Florida we have lots of moisture in the air. It makes a little more noise than the last one we had, but we are very pleased with it. Yes, I would order this again if and when I need another one.

After three weeks of straight rain in Northern California, my little house was saturated. I bought this dehumidifier to dry out everything before a mold situation set in. I've only had it two days but so far am very pleased. The rugs, windows and bathroom at the back of my house is finally dry.A few observations: In Turbo Fan mode it is a little louder than expected but as other reviewers commented is not much different than a box fan. The exhaust/air flow is pretty cold, and it did make the past two nights feel extra wintery. It was slightly larger than expected, but is easily transported so I can put it away when not in use. The controls are easy to use, and the collection basin is easy to remove and empty (I didn't get the hose attachment).

This unit both cools and heats perfectly. That chilly bedroom in the winter and that same bedroom that is balmy in the summer will be sublime with this addition.

This unit will draw about a gallon of water out of my Florida home in about a half day. Helps keep things comfortable.

It works very well.its just loud.wish it had a way to set to turn on n off everyday at a set time.but as far as dehumidifying our duplex..it fills the capacity everyday w water.helps w mold in coastal climate

this dehumidifier is small, nice looking sitting in the middle of a bedroom or a living room. it is not too noisy - not much noisier than a table top fan. so if you can generally sleep with white noise in the background, this one will not disturb your sleep. it brought down the humidity in my bedroom from 75 to about 60 in about two hours. not bad at all. i cannot comment on energy efficiency coz i have no reference point.

I have this in the basement to control the humidity in the summer. This is much quieter than the previous one I had and looks nice. I empty it once a day in the summer.

After researching, the hOmeLabs brand kept showing up high on everybody's ratings so I ordered it for my basement. It is quickly taking the moisture out of the blown in insulation from a new addition which has concrete on 2 sides.

Been running this in my basement, especially during workouts. My basement is finished and is mostly used as a gym, and because of that it gets a bit moist down there. This little unit has kept it dry and mold free.
