We purchased this humidifier for a small condo that is not always occupied. And it made an amazing difference. I would recommend this item.

Using in a 360 square foot converted garage in south Florida (i.e., high humidity). Easily brought the humidity from almost 80 to below 65 (where I set it, I'm sure it would easily bring it lower).I've been using a water hose connected dripping into a shower if away for an extended time. Otherwise, the bucket is easy to empty when using the space on a daily basis.

The dehumidifier lives up to its specifications. Very intuitive control panel. It seems they have kept a very good quality control over their Chinese made product.

Bought for a 1500 apartment in Miami Beach in December - very high humidity >90 at this time - collected buckets of water from the air within a few hours and continued at this rate all weekend. Really helped protect cloths that were absorbing moisture and becoming mouldy. Can't talk about running cost by noise level was low. Newver realised how much water was in the air - this has changed my life.

Only issue I have with unit is how much the price has gone up over the years. Yeah, I now, blame it on Covid-19. This is not the first home labs product we have purchased.

We have a very moist basement. I should say had. We've had this thing for a while now, and it continues to be a workhorse. Well worth the money.And we got the 1,500 sq. ft. one, too, and it's grand for the formerly dank laundry room.

I have not seen a dehumidifier so aggressive as this one before. 5 gallons of water pulled from the air in about 18 hrs (original 62 rh)! Fairly quiet as well. This was worth the money.

Great piece of equipment, works really well and the settings are easy to navigate. Filter is easy to clean and while the machine is somewhat large it's not an eyesore or overly obtrusive. I live in a basement apartment and it has completely eliminated any musty odors or damp feeling.I also find the sound to be mostly in the background (like white noise) and it doesn't need to run all the time. You can also attach a short water hose (it's the same thread size) to have it drain continuously, but it's a little difficult to raise the unit up enough to drain into a tub. But, if you have a floor drain you're all set.The dehumidifier will blow out warm air during really humid days, but it's a reasonable trade off for drier air. I also like that it keeps the air circulating since you can point the side vent anywhere you like. I use the collected water from the bin to water plants, refill my aquarium, or dump out into the lawn. The water collection bin has stayed free of mold and debris and I occasionally spray it with disinfectant to keep it that way. I haven't really used the water for the dog bowl, but I've read some reviews that say it's alright.Normally I need to empty the bin a couple times a week (depends on how dry you want the air, I keep it around 55 humidity). During rainy weeks in Georgia (USA) I empty it twice a day, and during the winter it doesn't turn on at all.

Excellent product, now over 6 months of use, no problems

This has done wonders in our fifth wheel! The weather recently has been very high humidity and this keeps our rv in great range 24/7. Without it on- high humidity days are ranging from 70 to 80. With it running reduces to under 50 quickly.I also love that it's on wheels and can be easily moved around.

I'm really impressed with this little dehumidifier. It takes so much water out of the air! It is easy to clean and maintain, and also very quiet.

This machine was obviously well designed because it lowered our whole house humidity level -- 2500 sq ft -- by 20 points in one week. It's super easy to operate and manage with an easy to empty tank and wheels to roll from one area to another if desired. It has a nice clean, sleek appearance and the noise level is a soft hum like white noise in the background. Arrived quickly in perfect condition. Excellent purchase.

Does exactly what its intended to do, and does it well. No complaints.

Purchased first one for minimally damp 1,200 sg ft basement in fall of 2017. Ran a lot in humid summers, enough to empty reservoir every day, but not much in winter. Happy it last 5 years, as previous dehumidifiers we purchased died within 1 year.

This unit is comparable in noise level and efficiency to my Kenmore dehumidifier (which is no longer on the market). The instruction manual is excellent. The smaller capacity bucket is much easier to remove and reinstall after emptying. I plan to purchase a third unit. I am very satisfied with this purchase
