This dehumidifier replaced an older one that wasn't working. I purchased a hygrometers and the digital reading on the dehumidifier is accurate. It has eliminated a musty smell in our mechanical room that was migrating into the room above it. It is very quiet. Not sure how energy efficient it is but it is doing what we bought it for!

This is my first dehumidifier, and I think it's great. It is a bit loud, but for a machine this size, I don't think that's uncommon. Because of where I use it, I don't use a hose. Instead, I empty the water container once a day or so. It makes a lot of water!

Quite and works great. We leave it on comfort zone and it will self adjust depending on the temperature.

We bought this unit to use while our air conditioner died, we are in a 750sq foot mobile home. We placed it by a window and pluged it in. It has been keeping the unit 76 degrees for a week now. Very impressed with this little work horse

Filter you can’t get too. Lights started misfuncting after about a week. Tank hard to get in and out to empty. Removed moisture good but can’t remove it when it started misfuncting. Manuel not very helpful

We had to replace our older dehumidifier which was dying after many good years of work. I found this and liked the reviews and info so decided to give it a go. We are very pleased with it. It runs in our open basement and does a wonderful job keeping the humidity level around 40. As for the noise, I am not down there much so I can't say that much about it, but it is quieter than our older one and when I am down there, I don't notice it that much. So far so good and at this time I would recommend this to a friend.

Most everyone who gave this dehumidifier good ratings must have not had a decent dehumidifier before. I have a Frigidaire that is about 12 years old. I set the frigidaire on MEDIUM at 40, and I set the hOmeLabs ( brand new ) on TURBO also 40, Both in the same environment. the frigidaire collects 3 times water than the hOmeLabs. Not only that, but the hOmelabs turns itself on alot more often than the frigidaire, so there is really no energy saving, making energy efficient obsolete. It is NOT WORTH IT.

I can’t believe how well this thing helped dry up my musty basement in a matter of days! My humidity level was about 85 when I first installed this, and it’s now at 45-50. Basement no longer has a musty odor, I breathe easier.

This one is more capable and quieter than two other recent dehumidifier purchases, 1,500 sq fr units. I will be purchasing 1 or maybe 2 of these for my Florida home

Not only is this a very good budget friendly dehumidifier, it also comes with superior customer service. I had an small problem with my first order. I called the customer service, did not wait on hold, and spoke to a live person who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The issue was resolved quickly. If you are thinking about buying this product, think no more! You won’t regret your purchase.
