Don’t write many reviews, but just bought my 4th Ironflask, so feel it’s time.Have owned this product for almost a year now and can honestly say it’s one of the best water bottles I’ve ever owned. It holds up well to average temperatures, keeping colds cold and hots hot. Everyone in my family now uses these to use on a daily basis. In my experience, the Ironflask is just as well insulated as the Hydroflask, at least for what we use them for (lunches hikes) The coating and color options for the Ironflask are exponentially more varied and beautiful than the Hydroflask. More importantly, the Iron Flask coating holds up much better in the dishwasher! Comparing two bottles from each purchased at the same time, the Ironflask is a little beat up, but the Hydro coating is actually flashing off in big pieces. Add to that the 20-25 difference, and I choose the Ironflask.Obvious comparison with a Yeti is quite different, but I don’t need Yeti strength insulation on a daily or even weekly basis, so I save my Yeti for camping and hot days on the beach. Iron Flask also provides 3 tops with each bottle. I LOVE this! Each of my family has a different top preference, so we can tell them apart; and they’re all interchangeable with Hydro lids/bottles. The kids are not as polished as the Hydro lids, but I can’t tell the difference while drinking from them.
