Mission: To provide food and education for at-risk children and youth for a sustainable future; to empower teen mothers to stop the cycle of teen pregnancy; and to effect cultural change to lift youth out of poverty.

Results: In 2021 to date:* We opened the Suubi House, a transition house for teen moms graduating from the Ross House. * Started the Ndoto Cooperative to give particularly at-risk teen girls in the Namuwongo slum a small income and safe place to spend their days. * Completed one term and began the second term of Skills for Life, teaching hairdressing and tailoring to 20 teen girls per term. * Formed Strong Mind peer groups to combat teenage pregnancy and the culture surrounding it. In 2020:* We opened the Ross House, a halfway house for teen moms in the country's largest slum of Namuwongo, and have our first two residents. The Ross House is also serving as the office for Guardian Angel Foundation; training facility for Skills for Life, GAF's vocational training program; and counseling center for high-risk youth. * We provided 150,000 meals to the kids at Hopeland and Wells of Hope Schools, the Arise Africa Babies Home, and the elderly and children during the lockdown. * We gifted 30 families with Wonderbags to enable them to cut cooking fuel costs by 4/5.* We built a kitchen and cistern at Wells of Hope School. * We funded a Covid19 Awareness Campaign in the Namuwongo slums that reached over 20,000 people. * We funded the P7 Candidate Class at Hopeland School, even while schools were closed so that those children didn't lose their chance to pass the exam that determines whether they can continue on with their education. In our 12 years, we have:* Sponsored over 100 youth for school, university, and diploma programs. * Created two women's cooperatives for women with HIV/AIDS, to create a sustainable wage plus vocational training in tailoring. * Built a primary school at Arise Africa, Bukaleba. * Worked with Hospice Jinja and Hospice Tororo to provide fuel and other support. * Funded 50 micro-business grants that lifted women out of poverty. Out of that group, nearly a dozen were able to purchase land and build their own homes. The others were able to afford rent, food, and medicine for their children. And more!
