Mission: To empower tenants to become homeowners through programs for education, constructions and creative financing.

Programs: Tenants to homeowners(tth) acquires properties for the purpose of rehabilitating, renting, and selling homes in trust to low or moderate income residents in the lawrence community. During 2017,70 rental homes were managed for families with low incomes. Eight families became homeowners with five resales and three homes added to trust. Further, tth held its fundraising event - "every home can be a castle". This auction was again huge success that raised over 18,000 of contributions. Tth also continued to provide free public education on mortgage financing, the home buying process, and home maintenance through public workshops and individual housing. In 2017, tth provided counseling and information to over 600 individuals.
