I tore during birth and needed to flush the under carriage. This was excellent. Absolutely worth buying. Do be careful if it's full of water and you screw on the cap with a tight grip: you'll spray yourself or the floor lol

Before I gave birth I was told the hospital would give me everything I needed. And for the most part they did, but the bottle they give you at the hospital has a straight neck and is harder to reach all the areas comfortably. If you buy anything for your fourth trimester I really recommend this bottle.

I'm a first time Mom who was recommended this product. If you're expecting this is a MUST HAVE for vaginal recovery. The angled tip really helps and is much more functional than the hospital version. This also should be in your hospital bag! I didn't use right away after delivery but should have used it sooner! Use warmer water and it's so soothing too! I used it for a month post delivery as I had lots of stitches. I also recommended the FridaMom foaming cream for PP recovery!

Defintely a worthy buy for post partum. The hospital one isn't as great at getting underneath. I actually wish it held slightly more water, as I have to refill 2x a day at least. But then it might be hard to maneuver. It's more of a nice to have to be honest, but happy I did!

My friend gifted me this for post partum with baby number 5. I absolutely loved it. For that price I wouldn't buy it myself but I love using it. It helped a lot and was more gentle than my peribottle

Before having my son in May, I was sure to purchase a few items for the hospital stay. This purchase was not only worth the money but it was so helpful to maintaining cleanliness after delivering my baby.I required 7 stitches so after urinating, I was directed not to use toilet paper and to utilize the hospitals version of a handheld bidet. I am trying to find the proper verbage in order to explain this product to first time moms without being too detailed considering the subject. To first time moms, I would definitely buy this upside down Frida brand peri cleaner. Basically, after you deliver your baby and have to use the bathroom for the first time, you could be very sore, bloody and maybe even have some stitches if you tear down there. The hospital supplies you with an awkward bottle that you fill with water, sit on toilet and rinse down there instead of using toilet paper. It can get messy and it isn't convenient. This bottle is made specifically to rinse yourself while sitting on the toilet or even standing in the shower which I personally did and was glad that I put this in my hospital bag. Trust me, if you don't end up making this purchase before your due date and put it in your hospital bag, you will absolutely regret not spending the money on this. It helps with your personal hygeine and it's actually soothing to sore spots. Don't skip this product! There's nothing out there comparable.
