Saves on your back from holding jugs while filling

I usually buy gas for lawn equipment in a 5- 6 gal. tank. It's hard for my wife, so I have to be around to fill equipment. Now she parks mower by the tank, grabs the hose, hits, the button, and then turns it off.It is quite pricey. I doubt seriously if they spend more than $7-10 to make one and it should sell for about $40-50.

Pump works great with gas cans. Saves your back on lifting the gas cans.

I was so excited to use this gas pump but at first use, it started leaking where main unit is and pressure is very low that it takes forever to fill 5 gal gas can to my car. I think I lost about a gallon leaking all over my drive way. I tried again, make sure everything is assembled correctly but same thing. It leaks.

Bought this because gas cans were getting to heavy to lift.

I wanted to store some gasoline over the winter for my snowblower and car just in case there was some sort of emergency with the grid down and no way to get gas for my car or the snowblower. After storing the gas for nearly two years, and yes, I treated it with Sta-bil, I wanted to use the gas and get replace it with fresh gas. It has become a burden to lift a 5 gallon plastic can of gas and hold it while emptying it into the gas tank of my car. I took a chance and ordered one of these pumps and liked it so much that I immediately ordered another one as back-up. It uses either 2 or 4 AA batteries to run, and it is so easy to park my car next to my shed or lift the gas can a foot off the ground onto a sturdy box, etc. and use this pump to get the gas from the can to my car. I actually bought a 3rd one to use for water storage and marked on each pump using Magic Marker which ones were used for gas and the one for water. Instead of having to lift a heavy 5 gallon water jug to empty it, I use the 3rd pump like the one used for gas and transfer the 1 year old water in stages into another container about 2 gallons at a time and use the water to water plants. I never want to be without these pumps because they lift the burden of lugging, lifting and holding the full containers of gas and water and make the whole process of emptying and refilling SO much easier.

Would have been 5 star but it doesn't fit all gas cans like it states. I have a14 gallon that it doesn't fit. Everything else about product is great

I bought one of these a year ago and recently wrote a review about it. I only got one season out of it before it failed.The listing for this one said new and improved and the images looked different, but this is the same one that only lasted one season. Had I known I wouldn't have bought this one. I hope I get lucky with this one.

This is the second pump, one for me and now one for my son. The only issue on his was that the pump wouldn't work until he spun the bottom of the pump once. Since then it works great. So much nicer than lifting a full can to pour. Good product.

I use these for transferring gas from tank to tank on all of my equipment. Suction power is remarkable. There is absolutely no mess. It includes three separate tank adapters that make it easy to match. Impeller doesn't like gas with ethanol so pull that outa that corn syrup when you're done. Great gift idea.

This item worked one time and one time only! Piece of junk! Save your money and put it toward a higher quality pump.

Quality could be better and flow is ok but not as what I expected. Easy to install and use but a bit pricey for the quality. Does do the job and takes away all the heavy lifting and no spills.

Great new invention for putting gas in mowers or outdoor tools. Easy to use, great pricing. Husband likes the suction factor
