Mission: The ALS Association, St. Louis Regional Chapter is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, educating the community, and supporting research. Our mission is to lead the fight to treat and cure ALS through global research and nationwide advocacy while also empowering people with Lou Gehrig's Disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support. The ALS Association is the only national health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS. The ALS Association covers all the bases - patient and community services, public education, advocacy, and research - in providing help and hope to those facing the disease. (Less)
