Mission: The COMMIT Foundation empowers service members, veterans, and their families through personalized programs, resources, and the support of our community to create purposeful and fulfilling transitions.

Programs: One-on-one transition assistance - participants receive individualized support to set and achieve career goals, and to successfully transition to civilian life. Support includes: resume assistance, executive coaching, career counsel, mentorship and professional development opportunities to include scholarships and job placements.

veteran mentoring workshops - at a commit workshop, between 12-16 transitioning servicemembers or veterans come together with executive mentors. Commit facilitates work based on aligning career goals to individual values, assists veterans in expanding their imagination about possible career paths, and setting goals for career transition. Mentors build rapport with veteran participants and open doors to private sector opportunities.

corporate education program - commit also consults with corporate hiring teams when they seek assistance in recruiting and integrating veteran talent into companies.
