Mission: Founded in 1964, The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is the oldest and largest (by assets) community foundation in Florida, serving the citizens of Jacksonville and five surrounding counties: Baker, Clay, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns. Today, The Community Foundation is home to more than 650 individual funds, holds $630 million in assets and has made nearly $640 million in grants since inception. Our mission is to help our donors achieve their philanthropic goals, and to build a better community through civic and philanthropic leadership.  (Less)
