Mission: Founded in 1969, the Elaine Clark Center works to enable children of all abilities to become confident and contributing citizens of the community through an innovative model of education, therapeutic play, and experiential opportunities. The Center offers a spectrum of services to address the individual needs of children of all abilities from birth to adulthood, including inclusive childcare, early intervention services, and out of school services. (Less)
