Mission: To fund and support collaborative community based programs that improve the health of the people in rutland county.

Programs: To support the charitable exempt purpose of rutland regional health services and rutland regional medical center (rrmc) by improving the quality of, and access to medical care provided and available to individuals residing in the rutland region of vermont. In october 2009, the trust merged into rrmc and all programs of the trust were transferred to rrmc.
