Mission: TO ENHANCE THE VALUE OF THE NATION'S HUMAN CAPITAL BY INCREASING THE PARTICIPATION OF UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS (AFRICAN AMERICANS, AMERICAN INDIANS AND HISPANIC AMERICANS) AT THE MASTERS AND DOCTORAL LEVELS IN ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE.
