I would have liked this product to be wider, covering the whole width of a stand sized chair. The foam inside could also be denser as it tends to just flatten out.

This has took so much pressure off my back I love it it's wonders Definitely need to get another one for the couch but it does work definitely relieves my pain I wish I knew about it years ago.

I needed something to keep my back straight up from working and sitting in a chair all day at work and it's perfect. My back is feeling alot better. It's soft but durable and it does the job. I have osteoarthritis and back issues and my back and leg feels alot better. I'm now starting to walk better without alot of pain. Of course the exercises are helping as well but at least it keeps me from slouching sitting in my chair.

Works well, but could be a little larger

This pillow has helped my back while riding in the car. It's easy to position and I can ride much longer without experiencing back pain. Would definitely buy again.

My physical therapist recommended this product (and the book about the McKenzie method re: back pain relief) during a recent flare of my sciatica pain. I was apprehensive about whether this roll would be comfortable doubted that it would help but the lumbar roll turned out to really be comfortable (softer more conforming than I expected) helpful when sitting. This lumbar roll combined with a sacral cushion has made sitting bearable. I recommend this product the book as well.

I bought a blue lumbar pillow similar in size and shape about 5 years ago. So I came back and bought another one. They got a lower quality foam and are now not worth buying. Then I found this one, and I love it! I can use it for hours and it stays nice and firm and does not go flat. I highly recommend this pillow!

It is a lot different that others I've used. My physical therapist recommended this brand, so that is why I purchased it. She was right it is very good

I bought the standard firmness version. It's decent. I use it sitting on chairs/seats and for lying on. It's not as firm as a pool noodle.

I bought this exact lumbar roll elsewhere years ago and it saw a lot of use. I only just replaced it a couple weeks ago. I had forgotten how nice the foam is when it's new. My only regret is that I didn't replace the old one a couple years ago. Even partly worn out, the old one was helping with my low back pain.
